2019 - 2021

Elementary English Educator - D.M.O.E

Conducted English and multicultural lessons for Korean elementary school students.
Lessons were tailored to develop students English language production ability.
Designed education materials (ppts, handouts, worksheets, games, quizzes and videos)
Created educational cultural lessons and the curriculum.
 

2018 - 2019

Digital Video (Intern) - C.O.T.D.C

Worked in all areas production.

Preproduction work : location scouting, casting, story boarding, corresponded with video subject and production team.

Production work: filmed, edited videos, created corresponding graphics.

2017 - 2018

Production Assistant - virgins!

Worked as Production assistant off and on set. 
Pre-production tasks included email correspondence (emailing contributors, cast, crew), graphic design work (I had to create the casting call sheet) and filming and editing (audition tapes). During the production,

I was a runner on set, as well as an extra set of hands to assist crew. I was also in charge of crew care,  and set up craft services  for all shoot days. Additionally, I assisted with set up and tear down of the sets and partnered with the director to give cues to the actors.

Conveyed sales goals to sales team. Utilized KPIs while planning out layout of store. Learned to solve problems quickly and efficiently. Ensured customer service satisfaction.

Major (Joint): New Media Studies

Minors: English, Film Studies

The new media studies program focused on all areas of digital media theory and production, from web design, app development to videography and all areas in between. In most projects, I assumed a lead role, such as project manager or director. I also minored in film studies and that is where my interest and passion for film/video content creation grew immensely.

  • Years of editing and filming video content (short films, docs, Youtube, Tiktok and Instagram videos/reels)

  • Graphic design work includes the creation of icons, logos, storyboards, moodboards infographics and thumbnails utilized Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and Canva 

  •  Experience writing up project proposals, scope statements, loglines, scripts, briefs, pitches, content descriptions

  • Worked with Microsoft Excel to create call sheets, schedule logs and Gantt charts Worked with  Powerpoint for pitches, presentations  and class instruction 

  • Familiar with coding languages: HTML, CSS C#,  Javascript
